Sales tax is applicable for merchandise shipped to a Wisconsin address.

Shipping

Shipping and Handling

Shipping is on us. We'll cover the cost of domestic postage via 2-3 day delivery. Need it faster? Express options are available. We ship internationally via tracked services.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 3:00pm ET (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm ET or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your purchased items postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date for online store credit or a full refund to your original method of payment. Please note that all original shipping fees/charges are non-refundable. All items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.

International Returns

International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to include the return form included in your package, and mail to the address below:

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
